Good Lord, Watchmen is amazing!
Let me tell you first that Watchmen is not just another comic book, it is an amazing piece of literature. I just read it a few days ago and it was amazing! The great characters, the art, the symbolism and themes.
Rorschach was probably my favorite character because he was so bad-ass and his back story is great. I also liked the symbolism of symmetry and how chapter 5, “Fearful Symmetry”, was like a mirror with the panels in the front mirroring with the panels in the back, meeting in the middle
I highly recommend this book to every graphic novel reader, or anyone who enjoys reading meaningful and heavy literature.
The Story Behind the Blog
This blog is complete and utter brain crack. Every day I tell that myself I will make a blog post, but I never do. I intend to change all that by setting some goals for myself. First, I will try to post (mostly) original content at least twice a week. Anyways, blogging is easy… right?
